Delivery
All products are online educational access. There are no physical shipments or shipping fees. All Access is enabled after server verification of a captured payment. The five-year term and expiry appear in your account.
Delayed access
Sign in with the same account used at checkout. If access is delayed, check payment status in your account and contact support with the payment reference. Avoid creating another charge while the first outcome is uncertain. An unsuccessful or uncaptured payment does not grant access.
