How to ask for help
For account or privacy requests, use your registered email. For payment questions, include the purchase date and Razorpay reference. For a lesson issue, include its URL and the steps that reproduce the problem. Never share passwords, OTPs, sign-in links or API keys.
Payment and privacy concerns
Use the support contact below for access failures, refund requests, corrections, data rights and grievances. We verify ownership before making account changes. The account page also offers data export and account deletion.
